Well, you can use many words for that.
You look very handsome: Du siehst sehr hübsch/schön aus.
You look very beautiful: Du siehst wunderschön aus. (but you also could use sehr schön but if we germans want to express VERY beautiful we use wunderschön so I think its the best word for this sentence)
