¿Cómo se dice "dar el avión"?
Sé que en inglés es "blow someone off", pero ¿cómo podría traducirse al francés?

I saw on a website that it means :
Meaning: to shine someone on, to blow them off
Examples: Pablo decía que quería casarse conmigo, pero a fin de cuentas me daba el avión. (Pablo always said he wanted to marry me, but he was really just shining me on.)
With the example given above, it could be translated as "Pablo disait toujours qu'il voulait m'épouser, mais en réalité il me mentait / me racontait des bobards".
So dar el avión could be "mentir" "raconter des bobards" "raconter des histoires à dormir debout (= to tell tall tales)".
But from the example I see on the web, it could also be translated as "ignorer" (= ignore).

Je te dirais tout simplement "prendre l'avion". Mais si c'est en anglais "blow someone off", alors peut-être c'est "faire sortir quelqu'un de l'avion".
