継父 はお母さんの再婚相手です。 stepfather
義父 は血のつながりのない父親のことです。stepfather, father-in-law
だから義父はどっちの場合にも使えます

継父：けいふ
汉语一样。如果你的爸爸妈妈离婚的以后，妈妈再婚的话，她的老公是你的继父。
義父：ぎふ
含继父，养父，干爹，岳父。不是真的父亲的总称。
一般，口语都用一样的おとうさん。
我的汉语不好。喝酒了。可以理解了吗？ 呱呱呱。。。
