My personal opinion is that (unlike for humans) the beauty is mostly inside, that is the beauty is in the meaning, so if you have some good meaning to tell, and you have read thousands and thousands of literature pages, than a good sentence will find its way; I also think that beauty sometimes is in being terse and respectful of the Reader's intelligence, not dissimilar to the beauty in a woman's face using very light or even zero makeup on it.

I agree. I think that beautiful sentences are CLEAR sentences. Language is communication, the better you communicate, the more beautiful the language.
