It means "Do well on your test" or "Good luck with your test."

"祝你考得好~" ^^ 시험 잘 봐~
(或者 "祝你考试取得好成绩")
1) 考(试) : 시험,시험보다
2) 考得好 : 시험 잘보다
3) 祝(你)：(당신이)~ 하길 바라다/빌다
= 당신이 시험 잘보기를 빌어요/바래요.
朋友之间可以说 :시험 잘 봐~
