for me " love " is the basic thing to learn anything. for a language yeah, beside "love" you have to start with basic thing like alphabet, vowels.... and some vocab' than basic sentences. goodluck my friend.

to learn arabic u must know 1st the alphabet second u must know that any arabic word comes from a root verb of three letters: example: Darasدرس verb means (study). u can take from it many nouns as:modarres (teacher) madrasa (school) etc.
