mmm, I always think something like : "ok, let's fix it" ... I mean, sure you can cry your heart out and complain ... but I prefer to take action inmediately !

Hi Sonia. My first thought is to evaluate and identify the problem. Sometimes people act too fast or don't correctly identify what needs to be done. Also, it may important to seek advice from friends or family.
