This sound natural but this way is better
.من در اداره معمولا بر روی پروژه ها کار میکنم یا در جلسات شرکت میکنم

Hi,
I have PhD in English language teaching. As far as I know, the English sentece uses the present continuous tense. So, its Farsi translation is not correct
