Can interchange these words 'concurrent' and 'coincide'?

In the context of day-to-day situations, both words can be used to express that the same place is occupied in space or time.
There are slight variations too.
To "concur" can mean to agree to something.
"We need more funding." "I concur."

They both convey the meaning that two activities are occurring simultaneously, both one is an adjective and the other is a verb.
