It depends on the church or religion which one is most commonly used. Each title may be used slightly differently by each religious institution.

John and Lori are right.
“Pastor” is very common in American Protestant traditions.
“Priest” is typically used for Catholic or Eastern Orthodox leaders.
“Vicar” is used in the Anglican Church.
And “Minister” is a more general term for a religious/spiritual leader, in my experience. I have even heard Muslim Imams or Jewish Rabbis referred to as “ministers.”

Hallo Alina!
The difference is usually the denomination (what type of church they belong to). For example, a Catholic church has a priest, whereas a Church of England church would have a vicar. Minister can also be used as an umbrella term, so priests and vicars are both ministers, but in England, the word isn't used that often.
I'm not an expert in the clergy (the clergy = priests, vicars, ministers etc), but that is the main difference that I would understand as someone living in England. America might be different.
