It's a blue day～ I'm sorry to learn that this is a sad day for you even though the weather seems pretty nice. I hope the next day will be better.

It's a blue day～ I think I’d say a sunny day. Or blue sky. We use blue as an adjective to mean sad. A blue day is a sad one, full of blues! Lovely pic btw!
