Which word should I use Graphic or Graphics to refer to graphic works?

Yes, "graphics", "graphic media" or "graphic design" would work. "Graphic" by itself is  usually an adjective. As a noun, it is usually used in plural form ("graphics") unless it's referring to a specific illustration.
