I am from India and as much as I can feel the severity of Covid- 19 nobody should dare to go out the house without very urgent and serious requirements to do so. I have been infected with Covid so I can know how painful it was for me to survive. At least for my location, then I wouldn't suggest traveling. If possible use your own vehicle because public transport is not safe. There are many variants of Covid and some people never know whether they are infected and are a carrier of Covid. So even if everyone is fully aware then there still is a chance of infection.
