The purpose of the study. The aim of the dissertation research is the improvement of some of the issues of civil law and legal regulation of housing regard with respect to the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Object of study is a social relation regulated by civil legislation in area of housing regard.
Research objectives:
- Analysis of the development of the housing sector in Kazakhstan;
- Consideration of the substantive direction of housing policy in Kazakhstan;
- Analysis of the issues of effective regulatory mechanisms of the housing sector and public policy in the field of affordable housing;
- Some recommendations for improving the legal regulation of housing regard.
The theoretical significance of the research. In this work is investigated the condition of housing regard and their legal regulation in the country. Have been shown some of the difficulties in this area and is noted some ways of their overcoming. Have been made a number of recommendations for improving the legal regulation of housing regard. Materials of research can be useful for workers in housing and law enforcement areas and for studying this problem.

Nauryz is a very important holiday for Kazakhs, which marks the beginning of a new year. Nauryz means ‘new day’, it is celebrated in the Great Steppes from ancient times.
Nauryz symbolizes goodness and wealth, happiness and love and a great friendship day, since this holiday is common for many nations.
During Nauryz celebrations, past offences are forgiven and forgotten and everybody makes a wish to leave all badness behind and bring renewal in the New Year.
Usually young people gather around Altybakan, which is a large hanging swing, with colorful decorations, where songs are sung, and traditional games are played.
Nauryz kozhe is the most important of all meals during these days and a main symbol of Nauryz, since it is prepared specially for this day. Nauryz kozhe is special for its unique recipe.Traditionally, 7 different ingredients are added to Nauryz kozhe, which may vary, but basically these ingredients include: water, meat, salt, milk or yoghurt, one type of grains, chosen from rice, corn or wheat, and others. Seven ingredients symbolize seven virtues or qualities, such as joy, success, intelligence, health, wealth, agility and security.

About our national meal
Hello, everyone!
Today I want to tell about our national meal. It is called 'Beshbarmak' (it means: the meal witch eat with five fingers). I'm Kazakh and we often eat 'Beshbarmak' with horse's meat. We boil meat for three or four hours, and it will become tasty. I heard that other nationalities don't eat horse's meat. And they surprise when we tell about it.

My country
Today I want to tell you about my country. I live in Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan is located in Eurasia between Russia and China. It's the 9th biggest country in the world. Population about 17 million people. People speak in Kazakh and Russian. The Soviet Union broke up 22 years ago and Kazakhstan became independent country. I am glad that I was born when Kazakhstan became independent country.
