What are you passionate about? This has been a struggle in my life. Everyday I wonder myself what I am passionate about. It is sad that I haven't found a good answer. I am still figuring it out. I would like to know if you guys have something you really love to do or , Are you guys in the same situation I am?

The Big Bang Theory. Episode 20 season 3 The way I want to practice my writing English is by describing the episode I just watched. I just watched episode 20 season 3 of my favorite TV Show, The Big Bang Theory. This is the second time I watch this episode because since I like this TV show very much and I finished it already I decided to see it once again. Well, in the last episode before this one, Penny and Leonard broke up so this episode it is about how they both try to figure out on how to deal with their friendship by not making it akward. Sheldon is not sure if he should hang out with Penny since he is Leonard's best friend and he feels like if he does this he is betraying Leonard. Because of all this mess, Sheldon sees Penny behind Leonard's back, but he feels guilty so he decided to confess Leonards that he has been seeing Penny, who prepared hot dogs for him. Leonard says it is ok. Later, while Penny is in the laundry room, she meets Leonard and they both talk about to make plans with Sheldon. Penny tells Leonard that she invited Sheldon to go to Disneyland but Leonards disagree with that plan because Sheldon is like a kid and at the end he has to deal with him once Sheldon gets home. Later, while Leonard is playing a boardgame with Howard and Raj in the apartment, Sheldon and Penny arrived from their trip. Leonard complained about the hour because he says it is late. Sheldon is very happy about the trip and also wants to dinner, but Penny didn't allow him because he threw up once before and she orders Sheldon to go to bed. Sheldon behavior is like he was a kid. He asks Leonard and Penny not to fight. They said they are not fighting. When Sheldon goes to bed, Leonard ask Penny to stay to have a cup of coffee. Howard and Raj don't know what is happening and Howard says the whole thing they just have seen is a little twisted. The episode finishes with an escene where Penny and Leonard are watching Sheldon sleeps as if they were watching a kid. Thanks for reading me and correcting my mistakes.

Most famous Holidays in Mexico Mexico has several holidays to celebrate during the year. The first one we celebrate is New years holiday. In this holiday people normally hang out with family, and it is one of the most important celebrations in Mexico since we considere it as a way to get closer to our loved ones. Another important holiday is Mother's day. This celebration is on May 10 every year. We usually take flowers or any other present to our mothers and relatives get together in a familiar reunion. We also celebrate our indenpendece day on September 16. Goverment organizes massive reunions in front of goverment palaces of every state all over the country. During this celebration governors and President of Mexico wave the Mexican Flag and then cry "Viva Mexico". People usually paint small mexican flags on their cheeks and wear big hats. A lot of fireworks are used in this celebration. Mexican Revolution is another holiday celebrated in Mexico. It is celebrated almost the same way we celebrate independence day. People decorate the outside of their houses with Mexican flags and get together with friends and family. In addition, we also celebrate Christmas. I should say this is the most celebrated holiday. People get crazy about this celebration. Actually, most people start planning this celebration like three months early. Houses are decorarted with lights and inside a christmas tree is put up. On december 25 a party is carry out in every family home and tradition meals are served, usually these are tamales and ponche.

Competencies (abstract) I just read an article about competencies. What I pretend by writting an abstract is to put in practice my comprehension skills. Competencies are very important nowadays to hire a person. Related to the article, Human Resources uses this tool to evaluate the performance of the persons they are looking for. The article says competencies are divided into two grups: thecnical competencies and personal competencies. Thecnical competencies are used to describe an specifical knowledge needed. For example, a person who is able to operate a CNC machine in an automotive industry. On the other hand, the article describes personal competencies as the ones which are not linked to any particular function. Negociations skills coulb be a good example of this type of competencies

Corrections of mistakes in the text. In my last job, I achieved in a short term to be promoted as a Procurement Manager. Even when I didn’t receive a training when I was recruited as a Procurement Analyst, I learn quickly most of the technical skills such as strategic sourcing and contracts management to become a manager. The executive director of procurement officer noticed my commitment to my work as well as my quick learning in the procurement process and he decided to give me the opportunity to obtain the position for which they were looking for a person with five years of experience in the area

With only one year in the area she was promoted to take a position of a five years’ experience required. How is your friday's nights? Time goes fast by. When I was student a few years ago, I used to spend my friday's nights going to a club with my friends and dancing all night and why not making new friends. No matter how the week have gone, at the end of the week I just wanted to dress nice, to put on heels, to do something fun. I never felt tired to go out, I always had energy to hang out with my friends. But nothing is forever, I guess everything change at some point. Nowdays, when the word friday comes to my mind all I can think is about my bed, popcorns, and netflix. Instead of attending a big party or going to a club, now I just prefer to have relaxing friday's nights at home. There's nothing better than laying down in my bed while picking a nice movie on Netflix, or why not writing a notebook entry on Italki, lol. I wonder how my friday's night will change after 5 years.

New Italki?!! Its been a while since the last time I signed in on Italki. The website is completely different now. It looks more modern, but I don't know if it is more friendly. However, I think that changes are always good, so hopefully I can get used to soon. On other hand, I guess I have to practice more often by using this website becuase I don't see any progress on my English skills. The other day I had to contact a sales consultant from USA to request a quote about a wheels that dont exist in Mexican market. My english was really bad, so I realized that I really need to do something about to improve my English skills in order to achieve my business goals. P.S.
