For example, with beginners
• We start by practicing Japanese scripts (kana).
• I then help you to learn Japanese grammar systematically.
• You get to practice both speaking and grammar in a good balance.

For intermediate students
• I will help you develop your fluency through conversations on a range of topics.
• We continue to improve your grammar through theory and practice.
Textbooks: QUARTET, Marugoto, Tobira, etc.
Conversation class

Time flies when you're having fun! I'm so happy to have found such a wonderful teacher with so much passion and patience. I truly appreciate how you notice the areas where I struggle and adjust your teaching style to help me understand better. You make learning Japanese an amazing experience. Mayumi is the best Japanese teacher I have had. Her goal is to make sure her students get the most out of her class and is a supportive and kind teacher. I can not recommend a lesson with Mayumi enough.

Mayumi sensei always puts in a lot of effort into her lessons and always makes the lessons enjoyable and fun.
She explains grammar excellently and makes working through exercises fun and personal.
She's great at identifying areas of improvement and focuses on them to ensure that you don't feel overwhelmed when progressing to future lessons.
Highly recommended teacher.
