Native Farsi Teacher | Master Persian Speaking & Culture with a Certified Pro Hello! I'm Morteza, a native Persian (Farsi) speaker from the beautiful city of Isfahan, Iran. I'm a Professional Teacher on iTalki and a graduate of the Saadi Foundation’s TPSOL program, which prepares certified teachers to teach Persian to non-native speakers. In addition to my passion for teaching, I’m also a Software Engineer with a love for languages, culture, and communication. I enjoy connecting with people from all over the world and helping them learn to speak Persian with confidence. My lessons are friendly, interactive, and always tailored to your goals. I'm excited to be part of your journey into the Persian language and culture. As a certified Persian teacher, I design each lesson around your individual learning needs. Whether you're starting from scratch or looking to refine your skills, I offer structured yet flexible lessons focused on conversation, listening, and cultural understanding. We’ll go beyond grammar and vocabulary, using real-life situations, cultural references, and storytelling to help you speak naturally and confidently. Morteza's teaching is very efficient. I started learning Persian with Morteza about a year ago, one class per week. Half of the class is usually devoted to conversational practice, and half to work with text (textbook or literature). Now I can speak about various topics from daily life and discuss news in Persian, and we read and study Khayyam's verses.

After 2 years of learning Persian with Morteza, we read and analyze both classical Persian poetry and modern Iranian literature and talk in Farsi on a wide variety of topics. Morteza's teaching is focused on active conversation with the student, which I think is the best way to learn the language.
