Hi! My name is Yuliya, and I’m a language teacher. I’ve been teaching English for six years, but for the last six months, I’ve been focusing on helping foreigners learn Ukrainian.
I live in Kyiv, and I love being a part of cultural diplomacy—helping people connect with Ukraine through its language and traditions. I like Yuliya's calm, easy going vibe. Her pacing during our conversations is excellent. She is patient when I need a moment to form a more complicated sentence and creates a relaxed atmosphere for speaking. I highly recommend her.

Since I'm just starting out, it was very helpful for us to follow the textbook and complete the exercises together. Helpful to learn some new vocabulary. I enjoy and benefit from Yuliya's patience as I continue!

Yuliya was very patient as we went through basic vocabulary and covered a few more important pronunciation rules. I feel like I'm on the way to great progress in Ukrainian thanks to her guidance!
