Hello! I’m Lois, a Yorkshire-based Business English specialist who helps professionals speak confidently and *succeed at work*. Whether it’s delivering great presentations, impressing at interviews, or mastering workplace small talk, I’ll equip you with the language - and the courage - to shine. With 15+ years in education, business, and NGOs (plus a Cambridge award in Intercultural Communication), I draw upon my varied experience to inform my teaching.
