Hi there, I’m a professional Italian language teacher with years of experience. I was born and raised in Italy and for the past 14 years, I’ve been living in Australia where I teach Italian to students of all levels and age groups. I love nature, animals (dogs in particular), yoga, learning from other cultures, movies and the list goes on ... Most of all I like connecting meaningfully with anyone I happen to share this journey with.

Che tipo di insegnante sono

I’m a patient and caring person and I understand the struggles of learning a foreign language and how frightening it can be to converse with a mother tongue but, as the saying goes ..."Practice makes perfect" and with time and persistence, we'll make your goals come true. Over the years I've put together lots of different types of learning materials to make sure that our lessons together are fun and engaging.

Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento

I’ll use my experience to adjust to your interests, abilities and goals. Mostly we’ll be doing conversation, supported by reading and listening activities and we’ll go over any key grammar points that you might need help with. We’ll be watching YouTube videos, PowerPoint presentations, we’ll be listening to podcasts, reading articles and anything to assist you with your progress.

Excellent trial lesson! Quickly built rapport and simultaneously began teaching Italian from ground zero (where I'm at) while simultaneously becoming familiar with my goals, desired method of study, previous language experience, inspiration for learning a new language, etc. Very personable and set an excellent tone for future lessons!
