I was a English teacher assistant at a local school in my country for two years and the experience was amazing. My specialization in English included helping students improve their vocab, reading, writing and mostly articulation. I did both, open class sessions and one on one after school classes with students that were mostly struggling with the English language. I also have one year ESL teaching experience specializing in conversational lessons which has also been amazing because, I have been able to help students all over the world improve their speaking skills through online classes. Every student is different and each requires their own specific approach in lessons. I want to, therefore, ensure that I focus on each student's individual needs and plan their lessons according to what they require most. I am also very patient, therefore, students should not worry about making mistakes because we are here to learn from our mistakes and gain confidence. My classroom is a very relaxed environment with lots of encouragement. My lessons are mainly conversation but spelling and grammar are the center and foundation of each lesson. I think Nosi is a very good teacher, she always prepares the lessons beforehand, so during the lesson you always have a lot to discuss. She is very friendly and has a positive attitude throughout the lesson.
