I currently live in Cape Town, South Africa, the most beautiful city in the world. I have been working in the tourism, Food and Beverage industry for almost 20 years now. I have travelled extensively and worked with predominantly international guests and colleagues. I love working with people and mostly end up as training manager, mentor and coach in every establishment I have ever worked. I am very patient and understanding. I understand that we have all different learning modes and unique experiences, that dictate the way we understand, retain and assimilate information. It is always important to adapt your techniques to your students needs, and create a safe environment, where they can learn and grow. I am comfortable working with all ages. Conversational style lessons, tailored to the students needs, interest and level of comprehension. I am very animated, love using props, charts, images and sound effects. The more senses that you can involve, in the learning experience, the better the retention.Il mio materiale didattico
