This week we finally got to finish the cliffhanger! What an interesting and moving story! It really showed how one person can have a life-changing impact on millions of people. I really appreciate how Adriana helps me understand not just the language, but also the culture and history, which makes everything feel more meaningful and connected. She always gives me plenty of opportunities to speak, and I can feel my confidence growing with each lesson. She’s very patient, kind, and genuinely caring, while also being professional and well prepared with engaging topics and helpful materials. She explains things clearly in Spanish so the class stays immersive, and I’m continuing to build useful vocabulary that I can actually use in conversation. I always leave her lessons curious about what the next delightful topic will be!

Another wonderful lesson with Adriana! I always find myself still smiling afterward! She’s a very professional teacher who comes prepared with fascinating resources to share and discuss. There’s always plenty of opportunity to speak, ask questions, and share opinions, which makes the class feel engaging and personal. I especially enjoy how she connects history with the present while helping me better understand Colombian culture. She often shares beautiful photos of the landscapes, animals, and natural environments, which makes everything feel vivid and real. Such an incredible place to learn about! I’m learning a lot of new vocabulary while also bringing back words I hadn’t used in a while. She uses real-world language instead of drills, keeps the lesson centered on my goals, and explains things clearly while maintaining immersion. The pace is comfortable, the conversation flows naturally, and it’s been great for building my confidence in speaking and listening.

Adriana had no prior notice of my level or requirements but she coped well with general conversation about our respective lives. The lesson lasted 30 minutes.
