Isabelle has created such a positive and supportive classroom environment. Her friendly and approachable demeanor made me feel more comfortable in expressing myself in French, and I truly felt seen and heard during our discussions. Looking forward to our next lesson!

I’ve just completed a series of five lessons within a week with Isabelle. It has been a very rewarding experience. We talked about various cultural and social issues. In the process, I learned a lot about France from Isabelle, a great teacher who is genuinely passionate about the French language and culture, and enjoys sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm with her students.

Isabelle est une professeure très aimable. Elle est compétente, patiente, encourageante, et toujours prête à aider
trouver les mots (ou les expressions) manquants. C'est toujours intéressant de lui parler.
Elle explique dans une manière claire et n’hésite pas à clarifier profondément les subtilités grammaticales si on en a besoin. Je suis très content des leçons avec Isabelle.

Isabel is an excellent, knowledgeable teacher. I am 63 years old with some memory problems and this is the first time I am learning French. I'm making more progress than expected. I never thought I would be able to have a conversation in French for 30 minutes this soon. Isabel knows how to work with adult learners. She is patient, kind and makes every lesson relevant to me. In addition, she has a great sense of humor and we laugh in every session. I will be visiting France in October and I’m very confident that I will be able to communicate in French enough not only to function on a practical level but also on a conversational level to learn more about France and its people. I would highly recommend Isabel as your next French teacher.
