Hello, my name is Katie and I'm an online English tutor from Hertfordshire, England. I am passionate about meeting new people and learning about different cultural backgrounds and experiences. My teaching style is clear, kind and patient and I will happily tailor the lesson to your needs. My family and I used to take in foreign exchange students which was a great opportunity to make friends with students, teach them English and learn and undertake new cultural activities. Katie is a wonderful teacher. I highly recommend her to everyone who wants to improve his/her level of language. She is using different tools as reading, speaking, explaining meaning of words by using synonyms to improve your level of language.

I really enjoy learning English with Katie, whose lessons are exciting, informative, valuable and helpful. She is a thoughtful, patient and kind person and has adorable, British RP- pronunciation. After her lessons my speaking skills have got better. She always has something interesting to discuss and teaches me the subtleties of the English language. It’s a genuine pleasure for me to be her student.☺️💯

I appreciate Katie's work as an English teacher. Katie managed to make each and every class so interesting with the material she brings in - it's always engaging, fresh, and thought-provoking. And thanks for always being so patient and supportive when I make mistakes or struggle with a difficult concept.
