Ciao a tutti!
My name is Giovanni and I'm from the North Eastern part of Italy.
I've been exploring the world for many years now and I lived in Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, and I'm currently based in India, my beloved second home.
I've been teaching for a while now and I can't wait to introduce you to the unique Italian culture and tradition!
Travelling, learning and teaching languages, and helping people are my biggest passions!
While on the road, I started living in the Himalayas, and I'm learning Hindi and Urdu.
On top of all that, I'd be more than happy to teach you everything I know and experienced in the traveling world, sustainability, and languages.Che tipo di insegnante sono
To be great as a teacher, one must also be a constant learner in the subject. As much as I would be teaching you the Italian language, I would also be learning other languages!
I am positive, relaxed, focused, and motivating as a teacher. Feel free to talk about anything you like and to share what you expect from the lessons before and as we proceed, for the best learning experience.
I'll apply that knowledge to personalize lessons in order to make them perfect for you!

The lessons will be structured around informal conversations that we'll include important topics in and, if necessary, basic grammar tips.
Let's talk as if we were having a coffee together!
I will share references to the language as an indispensable part of the lifestyle and the culture, according to what your interests are.
To fully understand the Italian culture, I will help you learn common expressions you won't find in books.
The setting of the classes will indeed be relaxed and informal, let's have tons of fun together!

Another great class with Giovanni, as always! Classes are always interesting and informative. Bonus that Giovanni is extremely patient and doesn't rush to correct you, instead giving time for you to remember the word or phrase yourself. Highly recommended!

Yet another great lesson with Giovanni: he's so easy to talk to and always ready to help when you need it whilst also giving you time to figure things out by yourself, which is probably one of the best qualities a language teacher can have in my opinion. Recommended! Thanks again!

I had a lovely chat with Giovanni today and I was pleased to be able to share some of my photos via screensharing from a recent vacation and practice describing the photos and attempting to use the passato prossimo and imperfetto more, as well as learning some new and useful vocabulary. Giovanni, thank you for being so patient and helpful as always!
