Even though we have a plan for each lesson, Amarylis asks questions at the beginning of class that leads to more conversation and I feel like I am learning so much by conversing. It gives me an opportunity to also ask why you might use one word over another. I love conversing with her as well as the formal lessons. She's really great.

I enjoy our class a lot. Amarilys takes a very structured approach to help me build the grammar foundations to say things correctly. She has been very patient with me, always waiting for me to finish a sentence and then tell me how it can be said more naturally in Spanish. The offline homework exercises are also very helpful and provide very targeted exercise for the things that we are covering in live classes. I think I'm making a lot of progress with Amarilys' help, and I can't thank her enough for helping me through the baby steps of learning this fascinating language.

Amarylis es una profesora muy amable e informativa. Su clase tiene la combinación perfecta entre una conversación informal, como si hablaras con una amiga, y un enfoque profesional, corrigiendo y sugiriendo nuevo vocabulario, expresiones etc. ¡Es todo lo que uno podría desear en una profesora! ☺️

I just took my first lesson with Amarilys today and she was absolutely wonderful! We went over what we'll be working on for the next few classes. I'm excited to get started and improve with her as my teacher!
