Lessons with Chie Sensei are always enjoyable! It’s hard to learn Japanese remotely but she makes online learning fun and helps boost my confidence speaking Japanese. Lessons are always tailored to my individual needs and is helping me work towards passing the N3 test later in the year. I highly recommend Chie Sensei to anyone wanting to learn Japanese!

Chie Sensei is not only a professional Japanese teacher but also an engaging conversation partner. She is always open to assisting you without interruption, as well as providing you with useful feedback in a constructive way. I look forward to my speaking lessons with her every week because she personalizes them and allows for free talk within the lesson, which is great for conversation practice. I would highly recommend Chie sensei's lessons which are personalized, especially the speaking ones. You won't regret it and it's a fun way of studying Japanese and improving your conversation skills.

My very first Japanese language lesson with Chie was excellent, and I truly appreciated her approach. Her English was impressive, especially considering she had only three months of formal training in my home city of Toronto. If I can raise my Japanese speaking ability to the level of her English within 18 months, I will consider that a significant achievement and a clear sign of progress on my part. Learning Japanese will be challenging for me, but I am motivated to continue my studies nonetheless. During our 30-minute trial session, I learned a great deal: key words and phrases, helpful insights into grammar, the basics of hiragana and katakana, and an introduction to her teaching style and plans. I left the lesson with a strong sense of both her skill as a teacher and her dedication to helping me improve.

A wonderful first lesson with Chie. She was well prepared and very friendly. She was also very enthusiastic about teaching. Her English is great (which is helpful for someone like me who is just starting out and often needs things explained in English). I look forward to continuing to learn Japanese with Chie. Highly recommended! :)

Have been taught by Chie-san for a while now and still highly recommend her as teacher, her lessons are something I look forward to each week. If you are nervous about starting to learn Chie-san's warmth and patience will put you at ease straight away. More recently I passed my N5 which would have been much harder without Chie-san's guidance and assistance

Chie has a fantastic energy. Easy to talk to, and motivating!
