I am a qualified Medical doctor from Harare, Zimbabwe, currently working in Mwanza, Tanzania. I studied medicine in Tambov, Russia where I lived for about 6.5 years. I enjoy meeting new people, traveling, learning about different cultures, learning languages and just having fun in general. I would describe myself as an outdoorsy person, I love doing any activity that takes me out of my house and brings me closer to nature. I also love food, music and dogs. It breaks my heart that at my apartment complex we aren’t allowed to have any pets.Che tipo di insegnante sono
I am friendly, easy to talk to and very patient. I love talking to people and getting to know them, which is why I believe I’m best suited for community tutoring. My teaching experiences include outreaches where we go to some of the remote areas of Tanzania and teach people about different health problems which are common and usually left untreated until it is too late. I also get to tutor medical students after our daily ward rounds in the hospital where we sit down and discuss different cases. I believe it is a whole lot easier for people to learn in a more relaxed, less formal environment.Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento
My lessons will be centered on casual conversation, practical learning. I will converse with my students and in conversation I will help them by correcting any errors they would have made and expanding their vocabulary. I will also be using different teaching material, we will read, listen and watch different things and then discuss, have a conversation about the subject. With me you will improve your vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation amongst other things.Il mio materiale didattico
