What a great class today! I was dreading learning yet another form of past tense verbs, but Claudia made it fun. I look forward to our next class!

Claudia is a fantastic tutor for those who want Spanish crosstalk. She is very patient and kind, and never “defaulted” to English unless I specifically asked her to translate a word for me, which I needed a couple of times, since I am at a beginner level. In general, when I didn’t understand, she would find other ways to say it in Spanish, which I liked. I think she will help me to reach my current goal of “listening fluently” in Spanish. I will be booking more lessons. 😎

Ever try to understand direct and indirect pronouns in Spanish? Today I thought I should attempt this difficult concept with Claudia. I clearly was not ready and struggled throughout the lesson. However, Claudia has enormous patience! We laughed and enjoyed the class, knowing that eventually, it will all work out. What a joy it is to work with a teacher like Claudia. Can't remember when I've laughed so hard.

This was my first lesson with Claudia where we did Crosstalk in Spanish/English. Claudia put me entirely at ease which allowed me to ask her many questions about my learning goals and approaches for improving. I'm looking forward to scheduling some further lessons with Claudia.
