Hi! I am Lisa, a professional German as a foreign language teacher (DaF) from Germany. Learning a language, starting all over in a new country or navigating through a different culture can be tough. My aim is to help people feel less lost and more welcome by teaching them about culture & language. Do you have a question regarding my profile, my lessons or learning German in general? Feel free to contact me. You would like to book a lesson but the times in my calender are not suitable for you? Write me a message. Please note: I am currently not teaching groups or students younger than 18. Thank you for your understanding. After finishing school I completed a training as a foreign language correspondent and studied German literature, history and philosophy. In addition I did an advanced training to become a German teacher. I have a strong focus on teaching realistic German for every day situations. We will work with authentic and up to date material for your specific needs and interests. While speaking German you will make mistakes, sweat a lot, laugh nervously or act awkward. No need to worry about it. I am an Italki student myself and know that language learning is a rollercoaster of emotions. My lessons should fit you, not the other way around. Ich kann Lisa absolut empfehlen. Der Unterricht ist immer stressfrei, produktiv und hilfreich. Wie ich bereits in früheren Bewertungen erwähnt habe, hat man hier immer die Möglichkeit, Probleme und den Lernplan zu besprechen und diesen im laufenden Prozess anzupassen oder zu korrigieren. Lisa ist eine der besten Lehrerinnen, mit denen ich auf iTalki oder in einem realen Kurs gearbeitet habe. Ich musste meine Sprachkenntnisse für meine B2-Prüfung verbessern und mit ihrem gut strukturierten, ansprechenden Unterricht und ihrer unterstützenden Art konnte ich voller Selbstvertrauen in meine Prüfung gehen.
