I'm Isabella, I was born in a small town called Udine and I've graduated in Literature in Padova. I currently study music composition in Rome while I work in a cozy bookshop. I've had the opportunity to study and work in Belgium, Portugal, and US where I've learned a lot around languages and human beings. I’m a passionate musician and I enjoy good conversations around philosophy, cultures, psychology, literature, arts. I hike and practice yoga and meditation.Che tipo di insegnante sono
I love languages because they allow you to connect on a deep level with people and places. I like to use literature, articles and music in our classes, since they give the opportunity to reflect and to understand a culture from a creative perspective. Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento
I currently offer conversation based classes. We can plan the topic ahead or we can decide it on the spot. I'd be happy to offer local suggestions if you plan to travel to Rome.

Isabella is a wonderful teacher who is considerate and passionate about Italian! I feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them with her. She encourages me to continue speaking as much as possible. She also customizes our content and we talk about both of our interests every lesson :)

Isabella listens to me so well and really helps me to be calm as I struggle to remember and put words together that make sense. I’ve had 2 lessons so far with her, and in these 2 lessons I have learned a lot about myself, and I feel like I’m really entering the most difficult level of learning a language : Conversation! I’m really looking forward to my next lesson!

My 13 year old daughter loves her. They were doing only conversation for a few months. We wanted my daughter to also get more specific grammar help, and Isabella restructured the lessons and is now doing both. Super flexible and great to work with.

In my quest of learning to speak Italian, I am impatient and nervous, therefore negative feelings of perhaps never reaching my quest. Isabella is amazing. In a very short time so far Isabella seems to understand me, helping me to loosen up and give me hope. I look forward to my next class with Isabella!!
