I am a certified Indonesian teacher with a background in communication and journalism and over 10 years of teaching experience. With this background, I teach Indonesian not only as a "language," but as a practical communication tool used in real-life and professional contexts. As a certified teacher of Indonesian as a foreign language, I design tailored syllabi and lesson materials. I’ve taught expatriates—including university students, professionals, journalists, social workers, and polyglots—both online and face-to-face. I also share FREE Indonesian learning videos on social media. For 1-on-1 classes, I offer 30- and 45-minute lessons only. The 1-hour price shown is required by iTalki and is NOT my actual rate.

I have been living in Indonesia and learning Indonesian with several Indonesian teachers and I found that Hani is a very good teacher, she is professional and can explain the lesson clearly in a very simple way, she also created fun and good materials lesson and videos for her students. Hani was extremely intelligent and quickly assessed what I needed to learn. It's clear she has a lot of experience teaching. She got to the core of what I needed to learn quickly and always stopped and made sure I understood, which I really appreciated. Absolutely fantastic teacher!
