In the first lesson, I try to understand the needs of each student. I make a plan for how I will teach the language. My goal is for the student to be able to speak and understand the language they want to learn. By providing notes, teaching material, and exercises, the student is able to engage in dialogue in a short period of time. Eirini was very upfront with expectations and work requirements as well as the linear style of her approach for my needs. Emphasizing on the importance of a good base. I enjoy this style of teaching as an older student and look forward to our next lessons.

Eirini works with you at the level you are. She has you speaking from the first lesson, which is so important. It helps you feel less stressed about the idea of an actual conversation. It starts with the things you knows and part in English, part in Greek and progresses with vocabulary to be fully in Greek. Speaking and using the words and grammar right away, not just on paper, helps me remember the vocabulary and use it correctly.
