I have over 6 years' experience in teaching Business English one-to-one. Before becoming an English teacher, I spent 15 years working in the advertising and market research industries, so I have lots of experience of real-life business situations.
I have an intermediate knowledge of French and also know some Spanish.Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento
I personalise each course of lessons to the individual client. At the start of the course, I agree the subjects to be covered with the client and do a level assessment. I make my lessons interactive and engaging. I use real-life videos and articles, games and role play exercises.
As a guide, here are some of the courses I offer and the topics they include:
1. Applying for Jobs - including writing your CV/resume, writing a covering letter, filling in an application form.
2. Preparing for Job Interviews - how to answer different interview questions

I can fully recommend Business English lessons with Ellie.
She is well prepared, professional and her lessons are designed to reach the individual targets. At the time it’s fun to learn with her.

I think Ellie is one of the best teacher here on Italki! She is very intelligent and clever. Her way of explaining things (no matter whether it's vocabulary or grammar issue) is just great. She is also super good at correcting emails, letters and all sorts of English texts.
