Highly recommend a class with Eleanor! I had my own great first lesson with Eleanor. She quickly assessed my level and adapted the class accordingly, which made the lesson feel both productive and personalized from the start. She struck a great balance between making the lesson fun and keeping it challenging. I’m still a beginner, so it is all challenging. ; ) Right away, she encouraged me to speak, helping me construct basic statements and questions during our very first class. Her positive, upbeat attitude made it easy to feel comfortable. I also appreciated how she tailored the lesson to my interests and recommended listening and reading activities to reinforce what we covered. Excellent classes, we were able to practice speaking and listening with a focus on the IELTS. Eleanor is very patient and we talked about cultural topics.
