Yn ogystal â dysgu, myfyriwr ydw i ym Mhrifysgol Bryste, yn fy mhedwaredd flwyddyn yn astudio cwrs milfeddygaeth.
Hello and welcome! I’m Annwylun, from Pontypridd, South Wales.
I’ve been working as a Welsh tutor for five years now, and still find myself increasingly enjoying the process of teaching and enabling others to master my native tongue!
Alongside tutoring, I am a student at the University of Bristol, in my fourth year of studying Veterinary Medicine.Che tipo di insegnante sono

With over a thousand hours of Cymraeg tutoring experience, I am very familiar with 'Dysgu Cymraeg's' Mynediad, Sylfaen, Canolradd and Uwch courses for adult learners. I have consistently taught over 30 secondary and primary school children (of all learning abilities), enabling their progression.
I have the skillset and materials to tutor first-language students up to GCSE Level and second-language students at any level. Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento

I teach with the old classroom saying in mind, “Better poor Welsh than impeccable English”. Although I strongly believe in adapting every lesson to the learner’s style and need, I do believe that practice and practice again, conversing in Welsh, is the most effective way of learning the language.Il mio materiale didattico

I always feel that Annwylun is genuinely interested in me as a learner and person. We have a great time chatting—but I get plenty of good coaching in grammar and vocab as the need arises in our sessions.

I love how today's lesson started with us discussing in Welsh how we were both dealing with rainy and stormy weather in our respective countries. From there we practiced ordering food in a restaurant and I suddenly found myself learning Welsh possessives. Diolch yn fawr Annwylun!

I really enjoyed Annwylun's class, I was looking for someone to practice conversation in Welsh with and she immediately understood my needs and how to adjust the lesson to them. I can definitely recommend her! Moreover, I was looking for a tutor speaking Southern Welsh because it's much easier to find a Northern Welsh speaker but my family originally comes from South Wales and thus I'm learning that accent/dialect. Diolch yn fawr! I could already broaden my vocabulary in one go :)
