Hello,
I am Titilola, an American sign Language (ASL) Interpreter and Tutor with over 10 years of hands on experience teaching and using ASL.
I am friendly, calm, and passionate about helping learners of all levels discover the beauty of sign language and its culture. I have worked with diverse learners—including children, teens, and adults—tailoring each lesson to meet individual needs. I have also been involved in a research and software development project focused on creating learning tools for pupils in deaf schools, which strengthened my ability to make learning more accessible and engaging.
My lessons are structured, interactive, and learner-focused, providing step-by-step guidance, patience, and encouragement to build confidence. You will learn the ASL alphabet, numbers, everyday vocabulary, sentence structure, and conversational skills to communicate naturally and confidently.
I use a variety of teaching materials such as pictures, videos, and practical demonstrations, along with assignments to reinforce learning and improve retention.
My goal is to create a supportive and motivating environment where you can grow and enjoy the learning process.

Altro - Protactile Language TheoryThis is comprehensive American sign language course that consisted of 13 structured modules which provided in depth training in visual communication, expressive and receptive signing skills ,and deaf culture awareness.
The course also covered the use of touch cues, and non visual communication strategies to support effective interaction.
