🌼 When I was a university student, I worked as a private tutor for junior and senior high school students for nearly 10 years. After that, I spent about 15 years at an organization supporting technical intern trainees and a Japanese language training center.
🌼 I love animals and plants! I especially adore dogs and cats, and I enjoy creating watercolor and digital illustrations of them. 🐶😸💕
🌼 I’ve traveled to Taiwan 🇹🇼 and Australia 🇦🇺—both were amazing!

-Review and practice grammar

In addition to the above, textbooks can be used for those who wish. Several examples are posted in the “日本語文法のお部屋📕🖍️Japanese Grammar Room”.

You can send me a photo or PDF of your writing before class, and I’ll review it with you during the lesson. Feel free to submit it whenever it’s convenient!

Lessons are available for junior high school students and adults.
🍄 Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 24 hours of the lesson start time, the full lesson fee will be charged.
🍄 Lesson Timing
Please join the lesson right on time! If you arrive early, I may still be teaching another student or away from my desk.
🍄 Lesson Duration
Each lesson includes a 5-minute break at the end. Here’s how the actual lesson time works:
30-minute lesson → 25 minutes of instruction
45-minute lesson → 40 minutes of instruction

I’ve just completed my 15th session with her and have no intention of stopping anytime soon. I wholeheartedly recommend her as a professional teacher. Yukie-Sensei is a very engaged teacher, she knows how to structure a interesting and educational class. I already learned a lot from my lessons with her. I can recommend her to anyone looking for a professional japanese teacher!

This was my first class with Yukie-sensei, and she was incredibly kind and warm-hearted. We started with some free conversation to get to know each other, and then she suggested we read articles from Japanese websites. We ended up reading news about UFOs, which was both engaging and fun! I learned a lot from Yukie-sensei in just one session. Thank you for such a great first lesson!

Today was an especially good class! we spent half the class doing conversation practice and I learned some useful phrases! The last 30 mins we started looking at practice problems for the JLPT exam! It was really fun and great listening/grammar practice. Studied particles and parts of speech as well
I even requested to have Japanese spoken in easier words and she was super nice about it and did so!
