I prioritize the communicative approach in my lessons because teaching Turkish is not just about grammar; It's about communication. However, since Turkish has a different structure, I support my lessons with grammar knowledge.
Learning a language requires, above all, stability and patience. Also, the most important point is regular study of the language. I always guide and motivate my students in this regard. I offer them the words they need to learn and the activities they can practice outside of class.
I plan my lessons according to the needs of each student. I am as fun as I am disciplined in my classes. Teaching languages is the job I enjoy most in this world. You will see that. :)Il mio materiale didattico

Nilgun is a wonderful teacher who is very prepared with all the materials you would need at any level to not only practice turkish, but fill in any gaps of your knowledge that keep you from advancing in the language. She adapts very easily to students' goals and is very experienced in what she does. I would recommend her to anyone learning Turkish!

I have been learning Turkish from this wonderful teacher Nilgün for already more than a year, and it has been such a nice experience to study with her.
As a language major, I've been learning other foreign languages and met many teachers whether good or bad, I can say she is really professional and always well-prepared. She's just ready to meet your need whether you are a beginner or at advanced level. I made a lot of progress in my Turkish thanks to her and I highly recommend her if you are really interested in improving your Turkish. Thanks Nilgün!

I've been learning with Nilgün for a few months now and I really feel like I'm making progress. She's always calm and taking the time to explain something. She never gives me a bad feeling if I don't understand something right away - she creates a great learning atmosphere. Nilgün is a wonderful teacher.

Ningün is a wonderful teacher and I'm gladly impressed by her professionalism. I had 7 lessons with her to prepare my C1 level in Turkish and I found her really helpful. She has all the skills that a language teacher must have: she's patient, well mannered, respecful, and a peaceful person. She quietly explains the topics really well, giving you examples and correcting your performance when needed. She motivates you all along and helps you with the most difficult parts of the learning. She's punctual and also very generous with her time. I highly recommend her and I will not doubt in contacting her again in the future.

I had another awesome lesson with Nilgün! We reviewed the present continuous tense. Nilgün amazes me by all that she teaches to me in a lesson!
