In terms of teaching methodology, I use the direct method of teaching, also known as the natural method of teaching a foreign language through conversation, discussion and reading in the language itself.
This way of teaching English proceeds from simple to complex, concrete to abstract.
I also have a student-centered approach that focuses on engaging and interactive lessons.
