Camille

Camille is a wonderful teacher! We start each lesson with spontaneous conversation. She is always very friendly and encouraging, even when I struggle to find the words I want to use. After that, we focus on some specific vocab or grammar concepts that she has identified. She is very organised, and helps to structure study by keeping a record of everything in a shared Google Doc that we build together, which is really helpful for revising the lesson afterwards. She also designs personalised homeworks to reinforce key concepts in between lessons. Most importantly, she really seems to care about her students and their progress. I look forward to many more lessons with Camille :)

Camille is an incredible French teacher with a very organized approach and a genuine care for her students' well-being. She introduces vocabulary in creative ways that help me easily grasp pronunciation patterns. This approach not only helps me pronounce the words we cover in class but also equips me with the tools to predict the pronunciation of new words outside of class, making it far more effective than simply memorizing vocabulary. Camille is also patient, supportive, funny, and accommodating with her schedule. I never feel pressured or bad about making mistakes because I know she’ll help me learn from them. I'm so happy I found her on this site and always look forward to our classes. Camille is a great teacher! She takes the time to explain things in detail, making sure I really understand, and always has great examples to help everything click. She’s super patient, listens carefully, and even writes down areas where I can improve so I can work on them in my own time and truly see progress. What I really love is how she tailors lessons to fit my needs. The homework is always personalized, and she adapts the structure of each class to align with my personal learning requirements. Plus, her deep knowledge of the language, paired with her insights into other aspects of life, makes conversations not only educational but enjoyable. On top of all that, Camille is very punctual with her classes and scheduling and is extremely organized with her lessons. Her positive and empathetic personality creates a judgment-free space. Camille is a patient and especially diligent teacher. She always takes the time to explain new vocabulary and grammar in detail, making sure to convey their nuances clearly. What I truly respect and adore is how she keeps track of everything — new vocabulary, grammar points, and anything else you might need — in a tidy Google Docs sheet. You’re never left without notes or a clear direction on what to study! I started with very little prior knowledge of French, but through our lessons and by going through grammar together, I’ve seen steady and reliable progress. She answers all my questions in depth and has prepared a wealth of resources and reference tables for me to use — even outside of our lessons! Beyond being an excellent teacher who makes French as approachable as it can be, every lesson is genuinely fun. There’s no unnecessary pressure or feeling of authority — just a kind, supportive atmosphere. Camille is an absolute sweetheart, and I’d recommend her to anyone learning French

Camille is an amazing teacher. She goes above and beyond anything I could imagine. She is always patient and curious about my doubts and questions. She takes time to explain everything clearly. She also organizes all of our work in a nice Google Doc which makes it perfect for me to participate actively in editing it and going back to what I'd learnt in between the lessons.
