Hi! I’m Shin, a native Japanese speaker and Japanese cuisine chef living in Japan.
I have several years of experience as a volunteer English teacher and understand the challenges of learning a second language.
I love traveling, delicious food, hot springs, and enjoying the outdoors. My lessons are relaxed, friendly, and tailored to your pace.

Because I’m also studying English, I know exactly how it feels to struggle, lose motivation, or feel frustrated when learning a new language.
That’s why my goal is to create fun, stress-free Japanese lessons so you can speak with confidence while enjoying the process.
I’m patient, supportive, and will adapt each lesson to your needs.

For Intermediate/Advanced:

・Expand vocabulary and learn honorifics (keigo)
・Bring your own materials or topics if you prefer
・Optional JLPT preparation and travel Japanese practice

Today we had a practical lesson on 会話 around hotels and restaurants. We did role play based on some key phrases provided by Shin-san. As always, thanks to Shin-san, the hour went by quickly in a fun, spontaneous yet productive manner.
