🧑🏫 Hello! I’m Minjae, a Korean language tutor.
I currently live in Seoul, South Korea, and I teach students from diverse cultural backgrounds both online and offline.
🎨 I’ve been interested in languages since I was young, which led me to study English and Japanese. I'm currently learning French as well. I lived in Canada for a year, and I love traveling, so I’ve had many opportunities to connect with people from different cultures.
🌿 I enjoy music, films, art, history, nature&animals, and having meaningful conversations.

🧸 My lessons cover everything from beginner-level Korean to advanced conversation. As someone who consistently learns language, I deeply understand the challenges of learning a new language and can offer practical and supportive solutions tailored to each learner.
📌 I majored in Sports Science, worked as a yoga instructor, and now run an F&B business while teaching Korean. These rather unique experiences help me better understand people and respect each student’s pace and perspective.

Minjae is very professional, she is prepared and is always ready to teach. She makes learning fun & 1 hour lessons just fly by. As someone who is somewhere between beginner and intermediate level I would strongly recommend her as a teacher.

I just had my first full lesson with 민재. She very quickly was able to understand the level of knowledge I have in order to create suitable lessons for me (Somewhere between beginner and intermediate).
She is friendly and personable and I very much enjoyed my first lesson with her, there will be many more to come that I am looking forward to!

I enjoyed the class. It was like a simple discussion between friends. Even though I had some trouble speaking, she patiently waited for me to complete my sentences and provided some feedback when needed.

I enjoyed the class. The teacher speaks calmly and tries to look up Korean words so I don't have to use so much English. At the end of the class, she sends a document so I can review!
