Hi I’m Steph! While I've taught in some capacity for the last 10+ years, I've been teaching English for the last 2 and love everything about it. I also still currently work as a Registered Nurse. In my free time, I love photography (especially film), keeping a garden, playing sports, reading, riding my bike or Vespa, going on hikes, and taking my wiener dog Puddin along for all of my adventures!Che tipo di insegnante sono
I love helping English Language Learners meet their goals, no matter what they are. Work in hospitality and tourism? Well I've done that too! Work in healthcare? I'm a nurse and I've got you covered! Need pronunciation guidance? Well I have a neutral North American accent! Having a hard time with grammar? I'd love to make it easy for you!
My teaching experience includes curriculum development for adults in the non-profit sector, mentoring/teaching in the American healthcare system, teaching general english group classes to recent immigrants to America, and 1on1 online tutoring with teenagers starting school in America as English Language Learners. I booked her class because I wanted to learn English for use in the hospital. It was a great time and she taught me more than I wanted to know. She was very kind and taught me in a way I could understand. If anyone is interested in learning hospital conversation, I would recommend taking her class :)
