Professional experienced British teacher specialised in IELTS, job interview coaching & exam preparation for TOEFL & Cambridge Exams.
I have lived most of my life in Hampshire & Berkshire in the South of England so I have a neutral (BBC) accent. After spending most of the past 4 years living in Prague I recently moved back to the UK and now live in Bristol. I also lived in Barcelona for 7 years and learned Spanish from scratch which has given me a good idea of the challenges learning a new language presents. Moreover I have taken almost 200 classes myself as student on italki.
I love to travel and explore new cultures, organise social events, watch TV series & movies and many more things.Che tipo di insegnante sono
I have been teaching online for the past 5 years and love what I do. I have a flexible approach customised to each students needs but with a focus on communication. I have taught students from all over the world and from all walks of life, which makes my job very rewarding and interesting. As well as job interview & test preparation, I can help you practice your conversation skills and I'm happy to discuss any subject that interests you (Maybe you can teach me about something!). Once we have gotten to know each other and discussed the areas you need to improve, I will design lessons that focus on developing your skills. I took 18 lessons with Andy! I needed a strong preparation in order to improve my score on TOEFL and he was exactly the person I was looking for! I love Andy's lessons.
I started having lessons with Andy during this summer and in this time I really improved my English. Every time we have had interesting conversations about different topics and lessons based on my personal necessities. He helped me to understand things that I found difficult or to memorise them in a better way, making me feel comfortable with patience and empathy.
I really recommend Andy If you are looking to learn English, have a quality conversation or preparing for a test.

Andy is a great teacher.
He has a wealth of knowledge he can share, is helpful and polite.
In my opinion his accent is worth acquiring, that is why I chose him in the first place.
I am very content to have him as my teacher, because my active vocabulary increases with every session and my German accent atrophies steadily. Furthermore he keeps the conversation flowing and it is fun talking to him.
I can recommend Andy as a teacher to everyone who wants to improve, enhance and refine their British English skills.
