Like the casual conversation while learning

María Jose is great for anyone from beginner to advanced! Lots of conversations about new and exciting topics like Mexican food, politics and daily life. I would recommend her to anyone trying out Spanish lessons on italki. My sister loves her too!

María es muy paciente conmigo. Se asegura de que entienda la lección antes de continuar. Encuentra maneras creativas de explicar los puntos. También se asegura de practicar una conversación normal. Recomiendo ampliamente a esta profesora. Maria is patient with me. She makes sure I understand the lesson before moving on. She finds creative ways to explain the points. And she makes sure to practice natural conversation. I highly recommend this teacher.

Maria is an excellent teacher that has helped me grow and further develop my Spanish. I grew up in a Spanish speaking household so I already had a good foundation but I never really progressed passed normal day to day conversations. Since taking classes with Maria I have learned so much more, especially in areas related to my work. She is very kind, well-prepared, and very easy to talk to.

Maria is a great tutor, especially for conversation. She has been excellent at meeting me at my level without losing the flow of conversation.
