I am a native Spanish speaker from Colombia in Latin America. I graduated with a degree in Philology and Foreign language from the National University of Colombia. I studied for one year at the School for Translation and Multilingual Communication at the Cologne University of Applied Science, in Germany. I have a master degree in modern languages of the University of Palermo, in Italy, and another master in literature at the Bremen University in Germany. I have more than 6 years of experience in language teaching in several languages and international institutions like Cervantes Institute and Goethe Zentrum. Whether you want to build confidence in speaking, you are preparing for a trip to a Spanish-speaking country, you are simply learning for fun or even if you are a beginner, I can help you accomplish your goals. During the lessons with me we can practice your grammar, vocabulary or talk about any topic of your interest, don´t be afraid to ask what you don´t understand, we are going to talk Spanish as much as you can and we will get to the point you really want to. Because I have knowledge of other languages like English, German, Italian, French, Chinese and Portuguese I can also use other language references in so you understand Spanish concepts and grammar better.Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento
I believe everyone CAN learn a language if they are motivated enough, so I simply try to make my lessons INTERESTING and FUN: combining instruction, practice and careful ERROR correction within a context chosen specifically for EACH student.
I am happy to provide email SUPPORT between lessons, and I can set as much or as little HOMEWORK as each student can manage.
** My lesson schedule can be varied, so if the time you would like to book a lesson doesn't appear available on my Italki schedule, please just send me a message and ask.

Daniel has been a SPECTACULAR teacher! I had little to no knowledge of the Spanish language before I started with Daniel, and now I can comfortably hold conversations with native speakers. He equipped me with the tools to continue expanding my knowledge also. Daniel's lessons were worth every penny!

Daniel is a tremendous instructor due to his vast experience in teaching languages he is able to prescribe the right program for each student based on the student's individual learning needs and level. I highly recommend his classes.

Daniel was polite and easy to converse with. He asked about the type of corrections I wanted (in the moment or at the end), gave me multiple opportunities to practice different facets of the language and gently motivated me when I got tripped up over words/tenses. He was easy to understand as well. Definitely recommend!
