As always, Lorena is the best! I really appreciate all the prep she does in advance to make our chats lively, insightful, and fun.

i really look forward to my lessons with Lorena because they are so interesting and i learn so much from her. She speaks beautifully and gently corrects me when my grammar isnt right and this helps me then to go and read up on certain Italian grammar segments. We have wonderful chats about Italian culture / music / history and topical subjects too and Lorena keeps me on my toes and this encourages me to study more ! She is a wonderful teacher

I love talking to Lorena! We do a weekly free-form Italian chat for an hour, where I learn lots of new vocabulary. She corrects my mistakes politely and gently, writing the correct usage in the chat. She is trying hard to help me improve. We often discuss culture and politics; I think we are both learning surprising new things about each other’s country. It is fun to have a friend in Rome!

Lorena has improved my vocabulary through really interesting stories of mythology and history. She's a fascinating teacher, and I would highly recommend trying out a lesson with her.
