Hello everyone! My name is Joe, an American who has recently located to the beautiful sunny country of Georgia. I am a teacher, but a language learner first and foremost. I am endlessly interested in culture, unfamiliar foods, international travel, and outdoor sports. I have more than three years of experience tutoring Russian students. Furthermore, I teach English as a second language here in Georgia. Russian is considered very difficult, but I believe that as a native English speaker, I will be able to more effectively explain some of the most convoluted aspects of the langauge. With the right teacher and approach, Russian is no harder than any other language! I will hold conversational style classes, wherein I introduce new vocabulary at the beginning of every lesson while we explore grammatical concepts as they come up. Learning grammar by using real world situations makes it easier for our brains to remember and subconsciously internalize rules. If you are tired of endless worksheets and an overwhelming amount of seemingly irrelevant information, my class is that right one for you!
